Get energized with restorative, relaxing yoga! This is a slow & gentle practice will guide you step-by-step through a traditional sun salutation & balancing poses. Bring an eye mask/pillow if you have one!
Free to attend; adults of all experience levels welcome! No sign-up’s required, but arrive early to sign in & save your spot. Space is limited to 10 participants per session. Bring your own mat or use one of ours (limited amount available).
