Get energized with restorative, relaxing yoga! Practice breathing techniques & floor poses specific to the relief of menopause & perimenopause symptoms.
Free to attend; adults of all experience levels welcome! No sign-up’s required, but arrive early to sign in & save your spot. Space is limited to 10 participants per session. Bring your own mat or use one of ours (limited amount available).
